Samrudhi Marg Section and Company is a grassroots non-profit organization dedicated to empowering rural communities across Bihar, with a special focus on women-led development. Inspired by the belief that sustainable change begins from within the community, we work to uplift underserved populations through self-help initiatives, livelihood promotion, and rights-based awareness.

Samrudhi Marg was established with the goal of promoting financial independence, self-reliance, and dignity. It does this by empowering women via skill development programs, microfinance, and the establishment and support of Self-Help Groups (SHGs). In some of Bihar's most impoverished regions, we also seek to enhance social well-being, legal knowledge, and financial literacy.

In order to meet the requirements of the community, our programs emphasize a range of occupational skills. We provide handicraft training that revitalizes traditional arts while encouraging local business, computer literacy classes that prepare people for digital occupations, and parlour services that lead to careers in grooming and beauty. Women and young people benefit most from these skill-based services because they enable them to achieve financial independence. Every program is designed for hands-on learning, which promotes both individual development and long-term employment prospects.

Samridhi Marg Foundation, we think that empowerment and long-term change start with skill development. Through our mission, we hope to give those from disadvantaged backgrounds real-world, hands-on training. Gaining useful skills now helps beneficiaries become more self-assured and independent. The foundation of our goal is the conviction that everyone should have an equal opportunity to develop.
